Robert James Sales Sunrise/Sunset Tarpon Tourney
April 20-22, 2018

The proceeds from the annual Redbone-at-Large tournaments benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Contestants and celebrities come to compete in this exciting and worthwhile event.Entry fee is per two-angler team, which includes guide fee and social privileges for each angler and a guest.

Islamorada Spring Classic
April 27-29, 2018

Destined to be a fun, and exciting family oriented fishing boat tournament, this new addition to the roster targets nine gulf and backcountry saltwater species.Trophies are to be offered top boats in weight and release categories, as well as private vessel and charter divisions. For junior angles ages 10 and under, a junior release division is also planned.

Cheeca Lodge and Spa Tarpon Invitational
April 29 - May 2, 2018

In this new Florida Keys fishing tournament for tarpon, a maximum of 15 fly anglers use only a tournament-furnished maximum 16-pound tippet. Rules also include that the tarpon must measure at least 48 inches.

Nick Sheahan Dolphin Rodeo
May 4-6, 2018

Please note: dolphin is Mahi Mahi aka dorado, not the mammal
This Florida Keys fishing tournaments focus honors the memory of Nick Sheahan, a Florida Keys student. Over $160,000 to date has been generated to provide community scholarships for Coral Shores High School graduates.This Florida fishing event includes separate entry fees for adults and children. Cash prizes are awarded plus there's a $25,000 prize for anyone who brings in the largest bull beating the State dolphin record.

Loop Golden Fly Invitational Tarpon Tournament
May 20 to 23 in Islamorada

Test your casting skills against the mighty tarpon at this event. Special flies, and a tournament-furnished tippet not greater than 20-pound test add to the excitement of this popular event. Weight and length restrictions apply for points. Eligible tarpon must measure at least 48 inches in length to earn release points. The tarpon also must weigh at least 70 pounds for weight points.

Fourth Annual Skippers Dolphin Tournament at Skippers Dockside Restaurant
June 1-3, 2018

With $60,000 in prize money, this Florida Keys fishing tournament allows each team to weigh in 2 fish per day with the total weight of the largest 3 fish determining the winner for the top prize of $25,000. 2nd place prize money is $10,000 plus money will be awarded for the top 6 teams. Daily cash prices, women's and junior cash prizes and trophies will also be presented.
